A good week

- The coach on the Level 2 course in Slovenia has also outlined his goal to succeed by expanding his knowledge.

- My first goal is to learn more things and to keep them in my mind so I can practice them in the future, Galvas said.

Making the most of the support

Galvas does not have much time for the coaching side of badminton currently due to his profession back home.

- My profession is a pharmacist and for the moment I do not have time to coach actively, he said.

- As a player, I have experience because I’m still active and hope this level 2 will help me to the transition from player to coach.

The Greek player also suggested that despite badminton not being a popular sport in his country, there are ways in order to learn.

- Badminton in Greece is not famous but hopefully, we can do steps forward by getting knowledge from seminars or courses like that and be better and better, he continued.
