Badminton Europe Umpire Assessment Panel

The BEC Umpire Assessment Panel has three main functions:

• Lead and instruct Badminton Europe National Umpire Workshops and Appraisals

• Conduct assessments and through here make recommendations on upgrading umpires to BEC Accredited and Certificated level

• Conduct appraisals of BEC Accredited and Certificated umpires

Members of the BEC Umpire Assessment Panel can also be involved in various educational activities to support the education of umpires in Europe such as the BASIS National Umpire Education Programme (NUEP)
